First day (Monday)

The Calçotada is a typical dish from the western part of Catalonia and is eaten especially at the end of winter. Second day (Tuesday)

Third day (Wednesday)
Cambrils, oil press, agricultural cooperative, fishing shops, eating freshly caught fish and seafood in the fisherman’s guild restaurant in the harbour, wormwood museum Reus, tasting, fun centre, walk through the modernist Reus, tour of Tapas Bar Reus.
The culinary Cambrils at the yacht and fishing port of Cambrils, fishing village on the Costa Daurada, about 30-45 minutes’ drive by regional bus from Tarragona, is the El Dorado one of the best restaurants in the area, some of which have been awarded Michelin stars. We visit the Museum of Agriculture, a modernist bodega built by Bernardí Martorell, who also worked with Gaudí. Fourth day (Thursday)

Fifth day (Friday)
The Ebro Delta is about 80 km further south of Tarragona and we take the bus to one of the most famous water areas of Mediterranean Catalonia. The mouth of the Ebro River forms the Ebro Delta Natural Park with a total area of 7,736 ha and an incomparably rich flora and fauna, which UNESCO has declared as such.
We take a guided tour through the Ebro Delta Nature Park, the only preserved wooden mill of the Ebro Delta and with it the rice museum of Catalonia. Our guide explains to us the cultivation, processing, bottling, storage and preparation methods of organic rice with the seal of approval of the Catalan Council for Organic Farming Production. Gift for each participant with a 12 kg of rice. We see the rice fields, the lagoons and the unbelievably varied fauna, to reach the Bahia de los Alfaques afterwards with a fishing boat. There we visit a mussel and oyster bank in the middle of the Bahía, where we learn everything about mussels and afterwards we can taste these delicacies with a glass of cava or wine. Afterwards we plan to visit the Ebro Delta Eco museum with the Ebro Delta Nature Park Documentation Centre, to be able to experience life here later in one of the traditional Venetian gondola type fishing boats.
