Confidentiality of client information and documentation as a translation and interpretation agency

BK Translation and its collaborators undertake to treat all its clients’ information, such as contact person, the structure of the company and its internal documentation, with the utmost confidentiality. For this reason, as service providers to our clients, we do not promote our company using our clients’ names or curriculum vitae or other documentation pertaining to our employees.

We know that the best way of promoting a professional service is by word of mouth from one client to another, which brings only positive results, consolidates the relationship with existing clients and allows us to capture new clients.

As befits our code of conduct, we attach greater value to professional modesty and data protection or to the confidentiality of the information pertaining to our clients rather than promote ourselves through the use of their name or logotype.
